BIG THICKET DAY! Saturday, October 10th
The Big Thicket National Preserve and the Big Thicket Association invite you to this year’s annual Big Thicket Day celebration. This year’s celebration will be held in conjunction with the dedication of the Preserve’s new headquarters building and will be held at the Preserve’s visitor center, north of Kountze.

The Big Thicket National Preserve and the Big Thicket Association invite you to this year's annual Big Thicket Day celebration. The year's celebration will be held in conjunction with the dedication of the Preserve's new headquarters building and will be held at the headquarters complex, north of Kountze, Texas. It also marks two significant commemorations: the 45th anniversary of the founding of the Big Thicket Association, and the 35th anniversary of the creation of the Big Thicket National Preserve.
Annual General Membership and Board of Directors meeting 9:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Big Thicket Day Program begins at 10:00 a.m.
Lunch will be provided.
