Facilities Use: Jenkins-Texas Parks and Wildlife Dept.

TPWD State Parks Region 8 park managers, assistants, resource specialists and interpreters plan to attend training to be provided by TPWD and Nature Conservancy of Texas staff on forest ecology, forest management including the use of prescribed fire and invasive species control. Planned activities include classroom training at the field station, field work and site visits to the Sandyland Preserve.
